You won't need much of an imagination at The Mennonite Heritage Village in Steinbach, as you will truly feel like you have stepped back in time to 19th Century times. Located in a complex of authentic buildings, the village replicates the Mennonite lifestyle of years gone by.

Visit the windmill, and watch as it grinds the wheat to make bread, and then check out the livery barn where women in traditional dress go about their daily tasks. There is also a church and general store, among other attractions (and the food is delectable).
